Intertek made six inspections of our Carrollton headquarters—at least 20 hours in all—reviewing our purchasing and storage, verifying material segregation, witnessing fabrication and inspecting system components. Under their supervision, and with their final approval, we wrote a 26-page fabrication manual that governs our purchasing, fabrication, storage, material disposal, labeling, record-keeping and problem resolution. Intertek will return twice a year to ensure that our materials and operations are unchanged from the day we produced the test material. All changes to the fabrication manual must be approved by Intertek.
